Dr. Matt O’Reilly
Matt O’Reilly came to St. Mark as pastor in 2014. His passion is to lead people from every walk of life to experience transforming grace. He is driven by a vision for implementing innovative strategies to mobilize the Church to make a difference in our community and around the world. If he’s not doing ministry, he’s probably playing guitar and singing with his wife, Naomi, and their three kids. Get to know Pastor Matt by watching an episode of Seven Minute Seminary.
Dr. Laura Moore
Laura became the choir director at St. Mark in 2012. She holds advanced degrees in piano and choral conducting. And when she’s not leading the music ministry at the Church, she’s serving as the award-winning Director of Choral Activities at the University of South Alabama. Her choirs perform regularly with the Mobile Symphony Orchestra, and she’s active in musical theater. Her two sons are also accomplished musicians.
Joanna began leading the Children’s ministry at St. Mark in 2017. She is filled with passion for bringing kids to Jesus and nurturing in them a faith that will last. Her priority is to create space for children and families to be formed by scripture and transformed by grace, and her background as a Spanish teacher means she brings immense experience engaging children in fresh ways. Joanna is married to Richard and mom to four amazing kids.

As Office Manager, Lacey’s smile is likely to be the first you’ll see when you walk in the door during the week. She joined the St. Mark team in 2017 and brings a wealth of experience in organizational leadership, which means she’s the one who keeps things running smoothly. Lacey takes the lead on church administration and communication. So if you need info on any of the ministries at St. Mark or would like to connect with a ministry leader, she can point you in the right direction.

Bethany has been with the St. Mark ELC since it opened in 2011. She came on board as Assistant Director and was promoted to Director in 2017. She puts her passion to work cultivating a place where children are nurtured and know they are loved. When she’s not working she’s running. Bethany has competed in sixteen half-marathons and has a personal goal to run in half-marathons in every state. She and her husband, Doug, have been married 27 years and have two children.

Pam joined the ELC team in 2012, and since then she’s worn a lot of hats. After serving as a classroom teacher, she became the ELC Office Manager in 2015 and then Assistant Director in 2017. This range of experience makes her invaluable. She and her husband, Barry, have two daughters. And when they travel, they love to go to Disney World.
